Three liquid level sensors control the oil supply in the reaction tank
If this liquid level sensor detects insufficient oil in the reaction tank, an alarm will go on, and automatic replenishment of the reaction tank begins.
The Fill Pump (FP) sends more oil to the tank. Once the oil supply is replenished, the alarm will shut off.
While the alarm is on, temperature control and liquid circulation are not running. If the alarm is on at the time the power is turned on, temperature control and liquid circulation do not start.
If this liquid level sensor detects an insufficient oil supply, it will start the Fill Pump (FP). The FP will fill the tank until there is sufficient oil.
If the Fill Pump (FP) is filling the reaction tank with oil, this liquid level sensor will stop the FP once it has detected that the oil supply in the reaction tank is sufficient.
Check the temperature, liquid level, and circulation rate of the reaction tank oil in the System Monitor window.
