Operating mode

To put the system in Operating Mode

  1. At the analyzer power panel, turn the Operate/Standby switch (1) to Operate.

The Power indicator (2) is on, and the Start (3), Ready (4), and System Stop (5) indicators should flash.

  1. At the ADVIA Startup window, start the workstation by selecting New Start or Re-start.

 WARNING

To avoid possible injury and damage to the analyzer, make sure that all probes and mixers are free to move without obstruction and that all analyzer covers are in place.

  1. At the Operation Panel, select Initialize.

  2. Verify that the Operating mode field displays Ready before performing any further actions.
