Run the ISE line wash to clean the ISE hydraulics. Use this procedure more often if dialysis samples are run frequently.
The ISE line wash consists of 2 steps:

Step 1 |
Replace the electrodes with dummy electrodes filled with ISE detergent solution. The ISE detergent is pumped "backwards" into the dilution bowl where it remains for one minute. Then, the dilution bowl and hydraulics are flushed. |

Step 2 |
Re-installed the electrodes. Buffer prime is performed ten times to ready the ISEs for operation. |
