Running an ISE calibration

1. Open the ISE Operation window.

2. For both sample types (Serum and Urine), select Do or Not do.

3. For each selected sample type, type the CTT positions in the H-STD and L-STD posi. fields.

4. For each selected sample type, select a Container.

5. Place the high and low concentration standard solutions in the assigned CTT positions.

6. Select Execute next to Calibration.

7. Select Yes when prompted.

8. "Calibration running" displays.

9. To stop ISE calibration, select Cancel.

10.  All data is lost.

To run calibration again, wait until the system status returns to Ready.

note

If a specific electrode fails calibration after three calibration attempts, replace the electrode.
