ISE Operation: running a dilution bowl drain

This operation drains the deionized water and buffer liquid from the dilution bowl. These liquids are used for washing nearby components.

1. At the Menu Panel, select Maint., then select ISE Operation.

2. In the Time box of the Dil Bowl drain area, enter the number of times (1-99) to run dilution bowl drain.

Normally two or three times is sufficient.

3. Select the Execute button next to Dil Bowl drain.

4. When prompted, select Yes.
