ISE operation: final operation

Run a final operation that is usually performed after ISE assays are completed and before shut down.

Running ISE final operation

1. At the Menu Panel, select Maint., then select ISE Operation.

2. Enter the number for the Pure Water posi.

3. Select a container from the drop-down menu in the Container field.

4. Fill the specified container with at least 950 mL of water.

5. Place the container in the assigned CTT position.

6. Select Execute next to Final operation.

7. When prompted, select Yes.

"Execute Final operation" and the time remaining displays.

You cannot stop final operation process.
