When the ISE has not been in operation for one hour, periodic washing of the ISE electrodes starts automatically. While the wash is running, the ISE status is Periodic wash running.
Periodic washing must be set to On before the wash can take place. It is on when you first initialize the system.
Stop periodic washing before maintenance, or if you have a problem with the ISE. Also, periodic washing stops automatically during unit operation.
Start periodic washing after maintenance, problem resolution, or unit operation.
