Print Form Settings: creating item comments

Use this window to create item comments (units), select packed or unpacked reports, and specify different flag letters.

  1. From the View menu on the Print Form Settings window, select the Property menu item.

  2. Select Item Comment (Etc).

  3. In the Untest(T) list, select Pack or Unpack.

·   Pack:Only test items with results are printed.

·   Unpack: All test items are printed even those without results.

NOTE

Item comments (units) will only display on ordered items (tests).

  1. In the Normal Value mark (H) box, enter the letter you want to use as the default normal high-range flag. (h)

  2. In the Normal Value mark (L) box, enter the letter you want to use as the default normal low-range flag. (l)

  3. In the Untest mark (U) box, enter the letter you want to use as the default untest flag. (U)

  4. To enter a comment for a test item, perform the following actions:

Use this feature to enter units for each test item. To expedite data entry, with the right mouse button, select in the text box then use the Copy and Paste functions.

  1. In the Selected Item (I) list, select the appropriate test item.

  2. Type the item comment (units) in the box below the Selected Item (I) list.

  1. To close the dialog box, select the X command button in the upper right corner.
