Print Form Settings: selecting test items to be printed

 CAUTION

To avoid incorrect positioning of results on the print report, items on the Print Report form must be in the same order as they display at the System Test List window. Do not modify the order of the test items at the System Test List window after initial setup. If you delete a test from the System Test List and not from the Print Report, but there is a result for that test item is  in the Review and Edit, when you request that report,  a "Dr. Watson" error occurs.

If you delete a test from the System Test List and not from the Print Report but there is no result for that test item is in the Review and Edit, when you request that report, that test item will be missing.
