Print Form Setting: viewing the print preview

Use this window to see how the form page looks when it prints.

Previewing a report layout

1. From the File(F) menu on the Print Form Setting window, select the Print Preview(V) menu item.

2. At the Preview window, view the layout:

To print the form page, select Print.

To preview the layout one and two pages at a time, select One page and Two page.

To make the preview larger and smaller, select Zoom in and Zoom out.

3. To return to the Print Form Setting window, select Close.
