Use this window to enter schedules for maintenance tasks and to monitor the maintenance status of the system.
At the Menu Panel, select Maint., then select System Maintenance Monitor.
Perform any of the following tasks at this window:
· Entering maintenance schedule information
· Monitoring maintenance tasks
· Deleting maintenance records
Close the window.
Enter a task in the Maintenance part field.
These settings determine the Scheduled day / elapsed time.
If you performed a maintenance procedure, enter the date of the activity in the Replaced field.
Use the Maintenance monitor to check the status of system maintenance tasks.
Select the maintenance task you want to delete.
Select Clear.
At the Maintenance Record Delete window, make sure that Cursor line is selected.
Select OK.
To delete all items, you do not have to select a task first, select All items.
Select OK.
