Setting conditions for avoiding reagent pipette contamination

  1. Verify that the correct detergent is added in the Detergent Set window.

  2. (If needed) In the field at the top of the window, select the arrow, then select Setting condition for avoiding reagent pipette contamination.

  3. In an available row (they are numbered 1-100), enter settings working from left to right for these items: Pipette contaminated, Substance contaminating, Substance contaminated, Influence effect, and Preventive detergent.

The Processing tests list helps you determine the correct settings.

note

You have to select the information from the drop down menu starting with Pipette contaminated and continue with the next drop down to the right and so on.

  1. To add other conditions, repeat step 3 in a new row.

  2. Select Save.

  3. When prompted, select Yes.
