Use this window to create item cells to contain the results for each test item.
(Item name, Result data, Item comment, and Marks).
At the Print Form Settings window at the View(V) menu, select Property(P).
Select Test Cell.
In the Start Position (mm) area, enter the following information:
In the Vertical (V) box, enter the vertical printing position in mm down from the top margin of each report.
In the Horizontal (H) box, enter the horizontal printing position in mm across from the left margin of each report.
In the Size (mm) area, enter the following information:
In the Width (W) box, type the width in mm for each item cell. Ensure this width is able to contain all the result items selected on the Data Format tab.
In the Height (H) box, type the height in mm for each item cell.
Ensure this height is sufficient for the font size displayed in the Font area: 72 points = 1 inch or 25 mm (12 points = 0.167 inches or 4.23 mm).
In the Number area, enter the following information:
NOTE
The number of item cells displayed depends on the Line(R) or Row(C) entry and the number test items specified on the Item Select tab. For example: A total of 20 item cells display if the Line(R) entry is 20 and 20 or more test items were selected. However, if 10 test items are selected, only 10 item cells display.
In the Line (R) box, enter the number of test items you want to be printed on the report.
The results for each test item require one test cell.
In the Row (C) box, enter a number for the amount of columns to be displayed.
Typically this number is 1.
In the Cell Interval (mm) area, enter the following information:
In the Line (P) box, enter the space in mm to separate each item cell vertically.
In the Row (E) box, enter the space in mm to separate each item cell horizontally.
To change the displayed font selections, select Font.
NOTE
The printed report always defaults to the color black for all results in the Item Cells area.
Select anywhere on the form page.
The item cells outlined in blue will display in each report on the form page starting at the position defined by the Vertical and Horizontal entries.
Close the dialog box.
