Use the Ratio Parameters window to create up to 20 ratios.
The ratio can contain two test items.
Enter the following information in the Analysis condition area:
In the Analy.cond.no. box, type the item number (101 to 120) you want to identify the ratio.
In the Sample Type list, select the applicable sample type.
In the Item Name box, type the ratio name (6 characters).
In the Digits box, type the number of decimal places (1 to 4) you want in the ratio result.
If you selected Do, select Qualit.set.
Select Rerun cond.
The Rerun Conditions dialog box displays.
(1) In the Abnormal v.limit(HL) list, select the system response if a ratio result is outside the abnormal limits set in the Standard value set area.
(2) In the Normal val.limit(hl) list, select the system response if a ratio result is outside the normal limits set in the Standard value set area.
(3) In the Rerun (R) list, select the system response if a ratio result has a rerun flag.
(4) Select OK.
In the Standard value set area:
In the Abnormal v. H box, type the result value above the triggered H flag (panic high).
In the Abnormal v. L box, type the result value below the triggered LH flag (panic low).
To assign the expected range values, select Normal val.set.
In the Real-time Calculation Ratio Parameters area:
In the Item x and Item y boxes, type the item numbers for the tests you want to use in the ratio.
The item numbers are provided in the Process.item list.
In the Factor a through Factor f boxes, type any numerical factors that are required in the ratio.
In the Formula box, type the ratio expression.
To test the calculation of the ratio result, select Simulation.
Select Save, then select Yes to confirm.
Review the process and print assignments for the ratio in the Process sequence window.
