After you verify measurement data at the Review/Edit window, you can save data you specify in a text (.TXT) file, which you can print or export into a spreadsheet program, such as Excel.
Select a sample type and a date.
Select an output form.
Set the save range for the data to include in the file.
Select Save.
When prompted, select Yes.
The Save of Text File window opens.
Select the arrow in the Save in: box to display a list of drives (for example, if you have a Zip drive, the drive d:ZIP-100 is on the list). Then select a drive to select it.
To select a folder to save the file to double-select a folder in the box in the middle of the window.
In the File name: box, type a name for the file.
Do not change the file type (Text File).
At the Save of Text File window, select Save.
