Use the WASH Set window to define and to run each of the three system washes. The setup for daily washes is preset.
The following washes are required routinely by the system:

Verify that sufficient volumes of the wash solutions are onboard.
For the weekly wash, use 5% Reagent Probe Wash 3 instead of the 10% Cuvette Wash Solution in the CTT and RTT positions.
At the Operation Panel, select Wash.
Select WASH1, WASH2, or WASH 3.
Select Execute.
A single cycle wash requires about 26 minutes. Each additional cycle requires another 12 minutes.
At your laboratory’s discretion, you may change the preset values for WASH2 and WASH3.
At the Operation Panel, select Wash.
Select WASH1, WASH2, or WASH 3.
In the Cycles list, select the number of wash cycles (1 to 4).
Define position and type for each wash cycle:
In the CTT cup position field, type the cup position for the wash solution on the calibrator/control tray.
In the Container type list, select the container that holds the wash solution.
In the RTT1 bottle posi. field, type the position of the wash solution.
In the Container type list, select the reagent wedge that holds the wash solution.
In the RTT2 bottle posi. field, type the position of the wash solution.
In the Container type list, select the reagent wedge that holds the wash solution.
Select Save.
To run the wash without saving it, select Execute.
