Temp.sample select window (Calibration)

note

You can only open the Temp.sample select window from the Start Condition window.

Use this window to remove calibrators from the current calibration, or to select the water blank sample used in a reagent baseline (RBL).

The calibrators displayed in the window are those selected in the Sample Select window.

Note

When deselecting a control using Temp Sample Select, the automatic calibration feature and automatic control feature are turned off for any tests associated with the deselected control. All calibrators are automatically reselected when you run the next calibration.

Removing calibrators from this calibration

  1. At the Start Conditions window, select Temp.sample select.

  2. At the Calibration Temp.sample select window, select one of these options:

CTT: Calibrators are in the CTT sample tray (one-point calibration).

TT98: Calibrators are in the STT sample tray, and use tray TT98 (multipoint calibration).

TT99: Multipoint calibration using tray TT99 in the STT tray.

  1. Do one of the following actions:

·   CTT: For each calibrator, clear the check box next to the "C" position number.

Remember: CTT position 1 is normally used for reagent baselines (RBL).

·   TT98 and TT99: For each calibrator, clear the check box next to the "S" position number.

·   To clear all samples, select Clear, then select the samples to use.

  1. To return to the Start Conditions window, select Return, then select Yes when prompted.

The Temp sample select button text is now blue, indicating the changes are accepted.

This button allows you to view the CTT or STT positions used for all calibrators and controls when loading control and calibrator samples.
