Real-time correction formula

As part of modifying a predefined method (or creating a new one), you set correction formulas. These formulas adjust (in real time) analysis data to account for any inaccuracies.

Use this window to enter an equation to correct concentration data for both serum and urine, and  for the Na, K, and Cl electrodes in the ISE.

note

You cannot correct the statistical calculation results of the CV check and interval check, or the concentration data of the selectivity check.

Use the Correlation window to determine the correct formula.

Entering a real time correction formula

  1. At the ISE Parameter Settings window or at the Analytical Parameters (Chemistry) window, select Real-time correct. for the appropriate analysis (Na, K, or Cl).

  2. At the Formula fields of the Real-Time correction formula window, enter the correction formulas for serum and urine.

Specify factors as needed.

  1. Verify the formulas.

  2. To save the formulas and return to the ISE Parameter Settings or analytical Parameters (Chemistry) window, select OK.
