Setting up the data clean check to validate sample results before transmission requires the following steps:
Log on as tech_manager.
From the Menu Panel, select Set up then
Select On-Line Set.
Select Data Clean Set.
In the Temporary Preservation area, select when you want the Data Check performed:
To perform check for serum sample results transmitted in real time, select Serum + Real.
To perform check for serum sample results transmitted in batch, select Serum + Bat.
To perform check for urine sample results transmitted in real time, select Urine + Real.
To perform check for urine sample results transmitted in batch, select Urine + Bat.
In the Setting area, select each button to review the triggering conditions for the corresponding data check.

In the Sample Preservation Condition area, select the data checks you want performed.
The numbers 1 through 4 in the Sample Preservation Condition area correspond to the transmission methods numbered 1 through 4 in the Temporary Preservation area.
Select Save, then OK when prompted.
