Blank Reagent Settings window

Use the Blank Reagent Settings window to assign a blank channel or to use the calibration sample from one test for another test.

Entering a blank reagent setting

1. Log on as service.

2. At the Menu Panel, select Setup then select Blank Reagent Settings.

3. Enter applicable entries for Blank CH item, KV, BLK test, and STD test.

The following examples demonstrate how to use these fields.

·   Example A: Assigning a blank channel for Serum Iron

·   Example B: Calibrating Direct Bilirubin using Total Bilrubin calibration sample (no bilirubin blank)

·   Example C: Calibrating Direct Bilirubin using Total Bilrubin calibration sample (with bilirubin blank)

4. Select Save, then select Yes to confirm and complete the task.

Deleting a blank reagent settings

1. Select Clear.

2. Select All or Specif.no.

If Specified no is selected, type in the line number of the blank reagent setting you want to delete.

3. Select OK.

Printing the blank reagent settings

Select Print, then select Yes to confirm.
